Meet Bryce
Bryce Matthews didn’t have any experience when he started at SNF Holding Company—but that didn’t stop him. Bryce worked his way up, starting as a Floor Operator, then Process Operator, followed by being named a Team Leader. Today, he’s a Continuous Improvement Specialist, helping make things run smoother and smarter every day.
Through hands-on training and real career growth, SNF showed Bryce that you don’t need a certain background to build a future—you just need a place to start.
Bryce says about his time with SNF, “What makes my journey unique is that I reached this point without a college degree. I got here by asking a lot of questions (maybe annoying a few folks along the way), staying curious, and always being eager to learn. I’ve always had a competitive drive; not with others, but with myself to be better than I was yesterday. The hunger I had for knowledge and willingness to put in the work helped me carve out a career path I never imagined possible.”
