Meet Kaydence
Kaydence is a Sales Admin at Aerodynamic Aviation, an aerospace manufacturing facility that supplies companies around the region. As the go-to connection between the company and its customers, she makes sure communication flows smoothly.
In high school, Kaydence was part of the Logistics Pathway at Effingham College & Career Academy. That experience introduced her to warehousing and manufacturing and ultimately led to her career at Aerodynamic Aviation.
Her message to students, “In just a few years after high school, you could be working with advanced machines, building products from the ground up and helping connect industries right in your own community.”
