Meet Neil
Neil Spradley’s journey at Daniel Defense began right after she graduated from Auburn University, joining the company as an intern. She quickly realized this was the place she wanted to grow her career, and soon after starting, was offered a full-time role as an Industrial Engineer.
Nearly five years later, Neil has taken on exciting challenges, discovered her passion for manufacturing, and surprised herself with what she is capable of.
In my current role, she focuses on optimizing the inventory and assembly side of our production process. The work centers around supporting our operators and the people who build our products every day.
Neil says, “What makes me unique is that I truly love manufacturing, and I’m invested not only in the processes but also in the people. When changes occur or new products are introduced, I always consider how it will affect our operators and what I can do to make it a positive impact. My background in industrial engineering helps me think systematically, but my success comes from being present on the floor, listening to our team, and finding creative solutions that work in the real world.”
